School Age Program
6-9 years old
The school age program at Children of Tomorrow is a place for fun, learning, and growth for 6-9 year olds. Students depart and arrive at Children of Tomorrow through the bus company provided by their school. School age programs are offered at our Waconia, Norwood Young America, and Carver locations.
Your School Age Child's Day at Children of Tomorrow
Every day in our school age programs at Children of Tomorrow, you will find students participating in activity zones called learn, create, and play.
Learn: Students can work on their homework with a skilled teacher that will provide tutoring support, answer questions, check for accuracy, and challenge them to complete their assignments. A library of books is also available to each student.
Create: Students will explore highly-critical STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) activities through building and constructing, arts and crafts, and science. Students learn to express their creativity while sharing and having fun, as well as a weekly opportunity to cook.
Play: As important as learning is the chance to play and just be a kid! In the play area, students are encouraged to stay fit, compete, relieve stress, and learn about sportsmanship and teamwork. Children of Tomorrow provides balls, games, jump ropes, and areas for safe climbing to relieve the pressures of their day and have fun with their friends.
Children of Tomorrow offers care before & after school, school release days, late starts, and early release days.
